Mental Health Programs
As a certified Guided Drawing art therapist, I have assisted over 200 clients manage their stress and mental health through one-on-one as well as group sessions. Guided Drawing is a method of drawing simultaneously with both hands using crayons and finger paint on large paper, whilst keeping the eyes closed. Drawing in this manner reduces distraction from our senses, allowing us to reach a deeper subconscious level. Guided Drawing assists clients in discovering and releasing their hidden emotions, trauma or stress, and encouraging a more positive mindset. Clients report feeling more calm, focused, determined, relieved, joyful, balanced with better clarity of mind to deal with their work and personal lives.
