Lisa has really captured me in this painting - A playful youthful grandma swinging in the galaxy of Imagination. Since young, I am a dreamer, my imagination is limitless! I am full of energy, playful, curious, adventurous, creative and I love fun! I am 59 now and I have not changed at all. People ask me how I remain looking so young. It’s because I am still the same Me! I don’t feel old, I am full of youth & vitality! I take good care of myself. I am responsible for my own life now that my children are grown up. I pamper myself with treats. And my grandchildren love playing with me! I eat ice cream & pizza with them and I play on the swing with them. 

Every night, I look at this painting to meditate. It helps me focus until I am not even distracted by sounds and all. The galaxy speaks to me and tells me how far I can go in my life. I can go so far! Far far away! I see the lady on the swing and I feel happy & youthful. I feel loved! When I am stressed, the blue helps me to calm down and relax. It helps me go towards midnight and sleep. After my meditation with this painting, I sleep really well!
